Crimp Tool and Positioners: It is vital that the correct tooling is used when crimping contacts. There are two crimp tools; M22520/2-01 and M22520/1-01, and a variety of positioners that are the necessary equipment for the Autosport series of connectors.
Insertion / Extraction Tools: All Deutsch autosport connectors are supplied with the relevant plastic tool; these are designed to break before causing damage to the rear of your connector. It is advisable to use a new insertion/extraction tool when starting to load a new connector.
